Posten contains a world of information, and few employees have an overview of it all. At the same time there are a lot of exciting details that should be highlighted. We do this in a comprehensive section called Posten’s ABC, which makes extensive use of photos, graphs and illustrations.

The answer: You make sure the customers visit you. In the section “Kund på besök” (“The customer visit”) we have a Posten customer visit a terminal and meet the employees personally.
