NyhetsPosten focuses on production personnel. The magazine is the main channel for all the tens of thousands of mail carriers, drivers and terminal workers in the Swedish part of Posten.

With its large tabloid format, NyhetsPosten is not just an important source of news for production personnel. The magazine also strives to put the news in context. In this case, the context is the everyday activities of the employees.
Illustrating the work
of Posten
Posten contains a world of information, and few employees have an overview of it all. At the same time there are a lot of exciting details that should be highlighted. We do this in a comprehensive section called Posten’s ABC, which makes extensive use of photos, graphs and illustrations.
The customer visit
It is more a rule than an exception to present customers in an internal magazine. But how do you make this interesting and understandable for someone who might not meet the customers so often? The answer: You make sure the customers visit you. In the section “Kund på besök” (“The customer visit”) we have a Posten customer visit a terminal and meet the employees personally.
